1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Botvex website located at botvex.myshopify.com (the "Site"), including all products, services, features, content, and applications offered through the Site. By accessing, browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content. Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they exist at the time of each use. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site and purchasing products from Botvex, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

Botvex offers a selection of products for sale through the Site. We strive to display our products with accuracy, including product descriptions, specifications, features, dimensions, colors, materials, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not always reflect the exact appearance of the product you receive. Colors and details may vary due to monitor settings and photographic limitations.

We reserve the right at any time to:

Modify, discontinue, or withdraw any product or service without prior notice;
Limit quantities available for purchase;

Shipping address restrictions or inability to ship to your location;

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it simply confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to contact you to verify information, request additional information, or inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order. Acceptance of your order occurs only when we ship the products and send you a shipment confirmation.

We process orders within approximately 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed or shipped.

5. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipment confirmation.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error for a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled automatically, and if you have already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address and current tax rates in effect at the time of purchase. Botvex is required to collect sales tax in states where we have a tax collection obligation under state law. The amount of sales tax charged is determined by factors including the product(s) purchased, the destination address, and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax amounts displayed during checkout are estimates; the final tax amount will appear on your order confirmation and invoice.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time you place your order. We accept payment methods as indicated during checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
The payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;
Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider;
You will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including applicable taxes.

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including all applicable taxes and fees. If your payment method fails or your account is insufficient to cover the cost, we reserve the right to cancel your order or suspend or terminate your access to the Site.

We use third-party payment processors to process payments securely. Your payment information is handled in accordance with applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and the privacy policies of our payment processors. Botvex does not store complete credit card information on our servers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Botvex ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE — there are no shipping charges applied to domestic orders. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders are generally processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days following successful payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment to eligible addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Shipping carrier delays or service disruptions;
Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God;
Customs clearance procedures (if applicable);
Public holidays or carrier non-business days;
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
Transportation interruptions or logistics challenges;
Force majeure events.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (if available). You are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of your order. If you are not available to receive delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery according to their policies.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. This return window is our own voluntary policy; the United States does not have a statutory cooling-off period for most online sales.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them;
In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact;
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. Non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page or at checkout.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

The Botvex name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Botvex or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
